The clay-siliceous soil is perfect for the development of fresh and fruity wines. White Grenache offers aromatic notes of white peach. Roussanne gives finesse and aromatic diversity. The Vermentino brings freshness and lightness with green lemon, white mint, kumquat and lychee.
