Priority Delivery (3-10 Working Days) is Free of Charge across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland – for purchases of €90 or more. Cancellation Of Orders, Returns & Refunds

You can return your order up to 14 days after you have placed it for a restocking fee of 15 euros plus card fees.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal button available in your account order history, or by visiting this page. Alternatively, you may contact us by phone or email using the details below.

You can cancel any future subscription orders (after the second charge) up until the order has been processed (i.e up until payment has been charged).

Any order that is processed and returned will incur a restocking fee.

Simply contact us by phone at 0818 579 579 / +353 44 934 0634 from outside Ireland or email us at online@winesdirect.ie. When contacting us, please provide us with your order number, as displayed on your order confirmation.

You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 14 days. While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.

In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Wines Direct offers the choice of either a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges incurred. Simply contact us by phone or email (details above), and we’ll take care of the rest!
