Subscriptions

All Subscriptions orders that are processed are dispatched the same day. Any order (after second charge) that is dispatched can be recalled, a recall fee will be applied before refund of €15 plus any card fees.

You can cancel any future subscription orders (after second charge up until the order has been processed at no charge ( i.e up until payment has been charged).

Any order that is processed and returned will incur a restocking fee.

Subscription and Auto-Ship Policy

Minimum Commitment: By subscribing to our service or enrolling in our auto-ship program, you agree to a minimum commitment of two billing cycles. This means that your subscription will be charged twice before you are eligible to cancel.
Billing and Charges: The first charge will be processed upon your initial subscription, and the second charge will occur at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription or auto-ship enrollment after the second billing cycle. Any cancellation requests made before the completion of two billing cycles will not be processed, and you will be required to fulfill the minimum commitment.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions or auto-ship services that are canceled before the completion of two billing cycles.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Acceptance of Terms: By subscribing to our services or enrolling in our auto-ship program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
