Victoria Pariente
Victoria Pariente came from a wine family and grew up skipping through her father’s vineyards. She went on to get a degree in chemistry and oenology at the University of Madrid. Victoria now works with her daughter Martina. Although joined in the winery by her daughter, and preceded by her father, José, Victoria is definitely the driving force behind this outstanding wine. She is always trying out new ways to preserve the essential character of the grape with cooler fermentation and very gentle filtration. Her scientific and analytical background is evident in this constant quest for small changes which allow the wine to reach the customer in a way which reflects precisely the characteristics of her excellent Verdejo grapes.
