Ciu Ciu — based in the beautiful Marche hills near Offida in central Italy — is one of the most exciting organic wine estates in Italy, farming over 100 hectares with true passion for indigenous varieties. Tebaldo is their flagship Pecorino — a grape that was almost extinct before forward-thinking producers like Ciu Ciu helped revive it.
Fresh and vivid, with intense aromas of white peach, apricot, citrus blossom, and a chalky mineral note that is uniquely Marchigiano. The palate is full-flavoured and textured with vibrant acidity and a persistent, saline finish. A wonderful discovery for anyone who loves expressive Italian whites. Perfect with grilled fish, seafood pasta, or light antipasti.
