Nero D’Avola is the most important grape in Sicily. This one comes from limestone soil at 450 metres altitude. Harvested at the end of September and fermented within an inox tank with native yeast. Ruby red with lively violet reflections. Vinous, typical of the variety, hints of red berry fruit with notes of dried flowers. Soft, enveloping and full-bodied.
