From a plot of land 500 metres uphill in rocky soil. After a careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and softly crushed. 10/15 days on skins. Resting in inox tanks and old oak for 4 months, and then aged in bottles. Leading to a ruby red colour with light purple hues, intense on the nose, floral, fruity black cherry, with a slight spiciness. Full-bodied, balanced and with an almond finish.
