Marta Rovira Carbonell abandoned aeronautical engineering in Munich to return to Catalonia and transform the family wine business — established in 1918 — into one of Priorat's most compelling organic and biodynamic estates, guided partly by her grandmother Pilar's expertise in lunar cycles and medicinal plants. Her high-altitude vineyards produce a vibrant, fresh style that stands in clear contrast to the heavy, over-extracted Priorat norm.
