Françoise Antech

Françoise Antech is the sixth generation of her family to run the historic Antech estate in Limoux — the very appellation where sparkling wine is said to have been invented by Benedictine monks in 1531, nearly a century before Champagne. Today, Françoise produces exceptional Crémant de Limoux and Blanquette de Limoux from these historically significant Languedoc foothills, where sparkling wine's story truly began.
