To pair, we’ve chosen a bottle of Mas Las Cabes, a juicy, supple red from the south of France, made by one of our favourite independent winemakers. It’s a wine that sings with cheese, soft tannins and ripe fruit dancing across the palate.
And to complete your Friday spread: a pack of Sheridan's Rye & Linseed Crackers, crisp, nutty, and handmade in Ireland to the highest standard, the perfect canvas for your cheese and wine.
