His wines are a direct reflection of this frankness, hearty, honest, and filled with the native power of the Jura. While his traditional bottlings of Chardonnay, Savagnin, and Poulsard are jewel-like and substantial, Valentin is also a pioneer of hybrid varieties and experimental vinification, adapting his craft to meet modern environmental challenges.
