Sangiovese 100%.  Hand harvest, natural fermentation, no additives with the exception of a minimum amount of sulphites when necessary.  Nicole is a great example of a wine with elegance and balance.  The tannin is present but delicate and integrated.  The wine is complex with beautiful fruit aromas.
