Vermouth

A new kind of vermouth — made with natural wine at its core, not industrial spirit. The Vinmouth range from the Loire Valley starts where great winemaking ends: with honest, expressive base wines that are then hand-infused with fresh botanicals — mugwort, sage, elderflower, gentian, thyme, rosemary, orange peel — to create something genuinely different.

Where most commercial vermouth relies on neutral spirit and artificial flavouring, Vinmouth is the opposite: a collaboration between winemakers and foragers, rooted in terroir. The Blanc is built on Chenin Blanc from Lise & Bertrand Jousset's Loire estate. The Rouge uses Cabernet Franc as its backbone. The Collaboration is a limited expression made in partnership with the Joussets — a wine-vermouth that blurs the line between the two.

Serve well-chilled over ice with a twist of orange, use as a base for a low-ABV Martini, or enjoy alongside oysters, charcuterie, or a simple plate of cheese. These are aperitifs in the fullest sense — wines that open the appetite and the evening.
