Ceres started as a Dicey family passion project and has become a world-class, award-winning Central Otago winery — run by Robin Dicey and his sons James (viticulturist) and Matt (winemaker) — sourcing from four distinctive Bannockburn vineyards where highly differentiated soils produce wines of genuinely varying character and depth.
