Ondrej Dubas is the multifunctional heart of Krásná Hora, a family-run biodynamic estate in Moravia. As a member of the Mladí Vinaři (Young Winemakers Association), Ondrej eschews industrial shortcuts in favour of native yeasts, long skin contact, and minimal sulfur. His wines, from crystalline Pinot Noirs to textural skin-contact whites, are a testament to the 49th parallel's potential, balancing old-world tradition with a modern, 'hands-off' approach that lets the loess and limestone soils speak for themselves.
