Chandon de Briailles - Claude Nicolay

Claude Nicolay and her brother François run Chandon de Briailles, a historic Burgundy estate founded in 1834 with 34 acres across Savigny-lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses and Aloxe-Corton, farmed fully biodynamically since 2001. Their wines — including Corton-Le Charlemagne Grand Cru — achieve remarkable power and elegance through minimal intervention and very slow fermentation in old barrels.
