The Pariente family’s winemaking legacy began when Victoria Pariente crafted a Verdejo to honour her father, José, a dedicated viticulturist who fermented artisanal wines in his own "garage winery".

Today, the third generation, Martina and Ignacio Prieto Pariente, carry this tradition forward with a fresh perspective rooted in environmental sustainability and a deep respect for the terroir. In 2013, the siblings launched Bodegas Prieto Pariente to highlight the unique landscapes and distinct vineyards of Castilla y León. Expanding their vision in 2024, they ventured into Galicia by acquiring the 'A Vilerma' estate in the D.O. Ribeiro, where they are dedicated to recovering native grape varieties and ensuring that the pure essence of the land is reflected in every bottle they craft.
