Thibaut Decoster

Thibault Decoster trained three years at Château de Fieuzal in Léognan before buying Château La Commanderie in Saint-Émilion in 2004, where he employs Hubert de Bouard as consultant — a serious statement of intent for an estate he fell in love with and pursued with real commitment. The wines combine the terroir quality of one of Saint-Émilion's excellent parcels with the wisdom of one of Bordeaux's greatest consultants.
