Patrick Corsin
Patrick and Nathalie Corsin — joined by their son Pierre — run Château de Nancelle as a tight-knit family affair on the outskirts of Mâcon Villages, using natural yeasts and minimal interference to let the beautiful terrains of this corner of Burgundy shine through. Established in 1985 on the site of a historic castle, the Corsins are among Burgundy's most dedicated small-scale producers.
