Adega Manuel Formigo

Adega Manuel Formigo is a family-run estate in the Ribeiro region of Spain, dedicated to producing expressive, site-specific wines from 4.5 hectares of indigenous varieties. Led by oenologist Manuel Formigo alongside his parents, the winery focuses on minimum intervention and separate fermentations to showcase the unique potential of their granite-rich terroir. Their vineyards, planted with varieties like Treixadura, Loureira, and Godello, thrive on ancient, stony soils under a transitional climate, resulting in fresh, aromatic wines characterised by elegance, finesse, and a distinct mineral backbone.
