Our standard shipping delivers within 3-5 business days. This can change during peak seasons.
What if I'm not satisfied with my wine?
You can return unopened wine within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Opened bottles are non-returnable. A Restock Fee of €15 is applicable
Can I gift a subscription?
Our wine Explorers make a great gift. It's like sending your friend on a worldwide vineyard tour, enjoyed from the comfort of their own home. This is the ideal gift for those who want nothing, yet deserve the best. Whether it's for yourself or someone you love, Wine Explorers offer a delightful experience.
Can I choose my own wines or are they selected for me?
You can choose whether you’d like reds, whites or a mix of both… but we choose your wines. All part of the adventure. if you would like to get the same wines each month you can add a subscription to almost any wine on our site just select "Subscribe and Save"
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription after the second charge.
How do you source your wines?
All wines are sourced by Gareth Keogh, our buyer and CEO. Gareth has been in the wine business all his life, as Wines Direct is a family business. Our sourcing involves meticulous research, both desk-based and in the vineyards. Each wine represents hundreds of hours spent sourcing.

Some of our wines are suitable for long-term storage. However, most wines are best enjoyed when they are young.
