We discover a nose of red fruits. Its mouth is fresh and gourmand, where we find the raspberry with a final note of liquoriqe. To taste in appetizer or with white meat or red meat.

This wine is made from 20-30-year-old vines. The harvest is half-destemmed. The vinification in a concrete tank made a fruity and crisp wine. To preserve the fruit, the ageing takes place for 10 months in a steel tank.

Paul & Marine Charavin

‎For more than 100 years, Domaine des Coteaux des Travers has been perpetuating the family tradition from father to son and daughter. ‎ ‎In 1920, Marine and Paul's great-grandfather began cultivating vines. ‎In 1976, Robert Charavin Senior developed the estate with the sale of bottles. His son, Robert Charavin, took over in 1984 and converted the vineyard to organic farming, then to biodynamic cultivation. ‎ ‎Marine and Paul, the 4th generation, joined the estate in 2016 and today work with their father, who continues the transmission of this now century-old knowledge.
