Martin Orliac

Jean Orliac came to the Pic Saint-Loup Valley in the 1970s as an agricultural graduate and avid rock climber, recognising the potential of abandoned parcels at the foot of dramatic cliffs — and his son Martin now runs Domaine de L'Hortus as one of the Languedoc's benchmark estates. A stalwart of the Wines Direct cellar, these are wines of genuine finesse drawn from the mountain terroir above Montpellier.
