Luc and Francoise Taillefer

Françoise Taillefer and her brother Luc run the family estate in the Faugères appellation, where sloping schist soils and altitude cool the temperatures — avoiding over-ripe, baked fruit — producing wines of rich juiciness and real mineral energy.
