Le Ferme des Sept Lunes
La Ferme des Sept Lunes is a 10-hectare estate in the highest sites of Saint-Joseph, founded in 1984 and converted to organic and biodynamic farming in 1997 by Jean Delobre — who uses sulphur only when absolutely necessary and harvests everything by hand with natural yeasts. Syrah, Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier on granite soils produce wines of genuine purity and northern Rhône character.
