Jean-Luc Mader

Jean-Luc and Anne Mader produce high-quality, small-quantity wines from their domaine in Hunawihr — the beautiful 15th-century-church village that graces so many Alsace feature articles — with Rieslings in a dry, age-worthy style and a Gewurztraminer considered a true Alsatian classic for intensity and balance. All vineyard work is done by hand, with their son Jérôme now running the estate.
