Domaine Jean-François Bordet is the heart and soul of Chablis — a family estate dating back to 1590, with 28 hectares spread across the region including vines over 78 years old, tended by a winemaker who has worked the vineyards since leaving school. In a region increasingly dominated by large conglomerates, Bordet represents independent, terroir-true Chablis at its most authentic.
