Competition Terms & Conditions
This competition is organised and sponsored by Wines Direct Ireland. By entering the competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Irish residents aged 18 and over.
Employees of Wines Direct Ireland, their immediate families, and any agencies or third parties directly associated with running this competition are not eligible to enter.
The competition runs from 23.07 to 21.08, entries received outside this window will not be counted.
One entry per person for the duration of the competition.
The prize is "The Perfect Picnic" hamper from Wines Direct Ireland, non-transferable and with no cash alternative.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with an item or items of equivalent or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to supply issues.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by phone using the phone number provided; the email address collected is used for future marketing communications and not for winner notification.
The winner must respond and confirm their prize within 48 hours of being contacted. If no response is received within this time, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
Entering the competition does not require signing up to marketing communications. If you choose to tick the optional checkbox to receive marketing communications from Wines Direct Ireland, you will be signing up to our newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time.
Your personal data will only be used for the purposes of running this competition and any marketing you've opted into, it will not be shared with third parties.
Wines Direct Ireland reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
