Roc de Cambes - 2015

On the Cotes de Bourg, about 300 meters east of the citadel of Bourg, lies Roc de Cambes.  The vineyard which comprises of very old vines (average age 30 years) is composed of 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 80% Merlot (including a touch of Malbec)

2015 a vintage full of structure.  

Wonderful fleshy fruit with superb freshness.  A great wine full of character.
