[message]Collection: Pinot Meunier
Pinot Meunier accounts for one third of all the grapes grown in the esteemed Champagne region. Often referred to as "floury", it's only used in a blend with Chardonnay and/or Pinot Noir and never used as a single varietal wine. Pinot Meunier is planted as an "insurance grape" in Champagne, but new-age winemakers are starting to advocate for the grape to be given a bit more dignity!
