Phillippe Desmeure

Philippe Desmeure is the third generation to manage this northern Rhône estate, with vineyards in both Hermitage and Crozes-Hermitage ranging from 20 to over 60 years old — the oldest parcels bringing the depth and complexity only age can give. Through controlled fermentation and careful oak ageing, he consistently produces aromatic, supple Crozes-Hermitage full of characteristic smoky, concentrated Syrah character.
