Melon De Bourgogne

More widely known as Muscadet, Melon de Bourgogne is primarily grown in the Loire Valley. Naturally high in acidity, the best expressions of the grape are salty and citrus on the palette. MdB buds early and intensely, meaning it's always at the mercy of spring frosts.
