Malvasia

An aromatic wine made frm a grape of the same name - Malvasia - or Malvazija - prospers in Puglia. A versatile grape, it's fruity and aromatic but can be used in sweet winemaking if the need arises! A chilled glass of Malvasia blended wines pairs perfectly with spicy seafood dishes.
