Grechetto

Grechetto, or Grechetto Bianco, is an Italian grape with Greek origins. Growing happily in the land-locked Italian province of Umbria, Grechetto is often blended with Trebbiano, Chardonnay and/or Verdello. Food matched for Grechetto are tuna, scallops and - unusually - Biscotti!
