Frédéric Plou took over the 17-hectare Château de Montdomaine with his wife Louisa in 2015, farming with great respect for natural cycles on vineyards nestled in the heart of the Loire Valley with a winemaking heritage stretching back over 500 years. Their philosophy: 'In all humility, accompany nature to give birth to the best.'
