Carlos San Perdo

The San Pedro family has been making artisan wine in Laguardia, Alava La Rioja, for more than 500 years — with records tracing the name through ecclesiastical documents back to the late 1500s. Owner and winemaker Carlos San Pedro considers himself first and foremost a farmer, working 45 hectares of Tempranillo and Graciano old vines to produce wines of genuine depth and character.
