San Simone's Prosecco comes from the Treviso hills in the Veneto — the spiritual home of Prosecco — where the Glera grape produces Italy's most beloved sparkling wine. Piera Martellozzo and her team at San Simone bring meticulous care to the Charmat method, preserving the grape's delicate floral and fruity character with admirable freshness.

Pale straw with fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate nose of white peach, pear, acacia blossom, and a hint of fresh almonds. On the palate it's light, crisp, and elegantly dry with a clean, refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitif, for celebrations, or poured alongside antipasti, light starters, and grilled fish.

The Brisotto siblings, Chiara, Antonio and Anna are driven by family pride and passion. They are the fifth generation to make wine in their Friulian vineyard, and carry on the work of their mother Livinia, and the generations before her. Their belief is that wine is not simply made by know-how, but requires passion, sacrifice, patience, sensitivity...and fantasy! This is something that cannot be learned in school, it must be part of your make up, and forms the instinctive, innate ability that characterises the best winemakers. This family pride naturally extends to respect for the land and environment, and there is a strong commitment to ecological practises at San Simone.
