Sylvain and Nathalie Langoureau run a 10-hectare Burgundy estate from the hillside village of St. Aubin — both trained oenologists, both utterly committed to extracting the best from parcels across St. Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault through strict yield control and careful harvest selection. Hard-working, detail-obsessed and genuinely passionate, they produce white Burgundy of remarkable precision and character.
