Collection: Domaine de la Pirolette

In 2013, Grégory Barbet was looking for a house in Beaujolais. Grégory's father helped with the search and called him one day, saying that he had found a beautiful home in Saint-Amour. There was a catch: the house included a winery that was originally founded in the 1600s with 15 hectares of vines. Although a bit intimidated he dove right in with his wife Virgine and now creates remarkable wine that reveals all the terroir has to offer. 2013 was the first harvest since the estate was taken over. This is a story of people who love wine, hence the estate's nickname: "the passionate bunch".
