Owned by the famous Boüard family, from Château Angelus 1er Grand Cru Classé. Made in the new winery which is entirely run on gravity to ensure only soft tannins are extracted. Fermentation takes place in specially constructed stainless steel, with natural yeast, and spends up to one year in barrels that are coppered on-site. The result is an intense nose with aromas of spicy mulberries and blackberries, and continuing flavours, finishing with a subtle hint of mint and soft fruit.
