Pinot Blanc typically produces medium-bodied, dry white wines with flavours of green apple, pear, citrus and a subtle almond note, along with a soft, rounded texture and moderate acidity. Often overshadowed by its more famous relatives, Pinot Blanc offers excellent value and versatility, making it a reliable choice for everyday drinking as well as a flexible food wine.
