Since 1991, Wines Direct has built direct relationships with independent, family-run producers across France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and beyond. Over 35 years, we have got to know the families behind the bottles — in many cases, we worked with the parents and now work with their children. The Explorers Club is where those relationships come to life. Each month our team selects a handful of bottles that reflect what is exceptional right now — wines with real provenance, real producers, and real stories behind them.
This is not a volume subscription pulling from a warehouse catalogue. Every wine in an Explorers Club delivery has been chosen personally — tasted at the estate, selected for its character, and imported directly by us. Many of these bottles are not available anywhere else in Ireland.
