Carles Andreu
Carles Andreu established his small bodega in 1991 in the village of Pira in Penedès, continuing a family tradition of vine-growing stretching back to the 18th century and producing Cava using the same traditional method as Champagne. It took us a while to find this family — but their Cava is as close to Champagne as you'll get outside of that region and price tag.
