1 x Domaine de L’Hortus
Coteaux du Languedoc AOC, France
This Mediterranean wine is grown under the L’Hortus cliff in Pic Saint-Loup just outside of Montpellier. It is made using the Saignée method, bleeding of juice of the red wine early in the fermentation process, and left resting on lees for five weeks before bottling. With summer pudding fruit and structure, making this a serious rosé, with a touch of class.
1 x Bodegasa Olivares
Jumilla DOP, Spain
This is rosado (Spanish rosé), from grapes grown 800 metres up the mountains in Jumilla near Alicante in Spain, with warm days and cool nights. The Olivares family have been making wine in the same vineyard for three generations. This rosado is light, bright and pink, made mostly from Grenache with a hint of the enigmatic Monastrell grape. Twenty hours of skin contact and fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel. It is the ultimate outdoor wine companion with aromas of strawberry and rose petal followed by a fruity, fresh and balanced wine. Savour cold on its own or pair with any food charring on the BBQ.
1 x Haut Rian
Bordeaux Rosé AOC, France
Made by Pauline Dietrich a second-generation winemaker in Bordeaux. This wine is a real touch of class, slightly baked aromas of fruit with a palate of spice, pepper and black fruits. Savoury, spicy and delicious. A rosé with a touch of class.
1 x Le Contesse Pinot Rose
Bubbles always make you feel better! Made in the home of Prosecco with grapes more akin to Champagne in Northeast Italy. A beautiful pink colour with shades of violet. Persistent and fine bubbles with a full, rich palate. An ideal aperitif or a gorgeous just in the sun!
1 x Millet
Vin de Pays des Cotes de Gascogne , France
From South West France - the home of Armenac. This wine is made with the Egiodola, which means bull's blood but do not let that scare you. This is a really fun wine, light in colour but full of flavour. Ripe raspberries and strawberries. Very round with a zingy, crisp finish. An exciting soft fruity rosé.
1 x Horgelus
Coteaux du Languedoc AOC, France
This rosé is from young winemaker Yoan Le Menn who believes in getting the best juice out of his vines — grown in the Côte de Gascogne near the foot of the Pyrenees mountains. A wine that is fresh, summery, light pink and deceptively fruity. With just 15 hours contact on skin and fermented in stainless steel.
