Collection: Jerome Rouaix

Great wines often come from stunning locations and the wines of Les Granges and Domaine de Belle Mare are the perfect example. Jerome Rouaix is the winemaker and his vines couldn’t be any closer to the Mediterranean, situated just outside the town of Meze on France’s southern coast. Jerome manages to wonderfully capture the sun and sea in his fragrant, easy drinking whites which play to the strengths of the region.

Viognier in particular achieves a wonderful expression here and Jerome shows his skill in achieving wines of balance and refreshment in a region where the heat and ripeness can easily produce off-kilter juice bombs. He also utilises local specialities like Vermentino and Piquepoule. He's in good company too as the neighbour of our long-time friend, Claude Jourdan.
