Located on the hillside in the extension of Savigny-lès-Beaune. Grapes are hand-harvested from vines planted in 1954. Fermented with spontaneous yeast and then aged for 18 months in oak. Leading to a smooth red wine with delicate aromas of red fruits like strawberry, blackcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, it is fresh, rich and easy to drink—a fruity and pleasant wine with silky tannins and a very good integrated acidity.
