The Clos is less than a hectare of old vines located in the heart of the village of Pouilly. With just 5,000 bottles made they decided to isolate the juice of this enclosed plot located on clay & limestone soil to create this cuvée. A Sauvignon with the elegance of terroir. A structured wine with minerality, and concentrated, bringing out great acidity as well as green fruits.
