And, if you were curious about the name, it does indeed translate as ""choo-choo."" Yes, as in a train. A name that pays homage to his grandfather who was involved in the railroad. Ciù Ciù wines are certified organic and vegan and Walter continues to pursue sustainability through wastewater, energy and biodiversity projects. His wines use Italian speciality grapes like Passerino, Montepulciano and Sangiovese. These grapes thrive on Walter's vineyards, producing wine perfect for easy enjoyment. He strives for fresh, light and fruity wines which offer more drinking and food pairing options.
