The vineyards flourish in a natural Unesco site sheltered from the mistral thanks to Mont Ventoux and the Laces of Montmirail. The vines grow on clay-limestone soil, expressing a genuine typicity from Provence. Les Trois Villages red has scents of floral and spice with notes of blackberries, caramelised strawberries, iris and a hint of salt. The palate is ample with beautiful bitters, red fruits and black pepper.
