Collection: Sumoll
A rustic variety from the Penedès region on Catalonia. Sumoll is all but extinct today - very few vineyards in Catalonia are growing the variety, but there have been some DO initiatives to encourage its vinification. Sumoll is found in red and rose blends, and is typically drought resisitant. Sumoll blentds pair with fish, roasted veg and grilled halloumi.
